Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst II to support their travel retail platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and Operations teams to review product requirements and design
- Design, develop, document, and execute test plans and test cases for various testing levels
- Analyze customer-reported issues and recommend resolutions while participating in root cause analysis
Required Qualifications
- Proven knowledge and experience within the travel industry, specifically with airlines and agencies
- Analytical and creative thinking skills to improve testing effectiveness
- Accountability and ownership of work responsibilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging team environment
