Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst to enhance business processes and drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business needs and processes, gathering user requirements and developing user stories
- Document system specifications and capabilities, developing workflow charts and process diagrams
- Recommend opportunities and strategies to streamline and improve business processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Experience in process mapping and improving business processes
- Knowledge of federal government financial principles and budget processes
- Business process certification from leading organizations such as ABPMP, Six-Sigma, or ITIL v4
- Understanding of people costs and planning concepts for a Federal Agency
