Business Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst, People Service Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify HRSD data and configuration requirements
- Serve as the People Team Delegated Developer to manage ServiceNow activities
- Engage with product managers to assess impacts of upcoming releases and coordinate responses
Required Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow and ServiceNow HRSD
- Ability to influence stakeholders at various organizational levels
- Organizational skills to manage work according to project schedules
- Experience in agile methodologies and participation in agile ceremonies
- Familiarity with HR Service Delivery processes
