Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into detailed user and functional requirements
- Design and execute comprehensive testing plans and test scripts
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Extensive consulting experience
- Hands-on experience in testing planning, execution, and defect tracking
- Skilled in using tools such as JIRA and Confluence for documentation
