Business Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst, Operations to support the Publishing Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between end-users, stakeholders, and third-party vendors
- Configure and maintain system settings and metadata structures within Digital Asset Management systems
- Triage support tickets and collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in an analytic capacity
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Premiere and InDesign
- Familiarity with DAM/SAAS platforms and system integrations
- Experience in triaging user issues and collaborating with vendors
- Understanding of APIs and experience with Microsoft applications such as Teams and Outlook
