Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team in technical consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 1 customer support, solving technical issues and ensuring a positive experience
• Triage issues to identify root causes and document service requests for resolution tracking
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and support project initiatives through research and analysis

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in Computer Science or a related field
• 1+ years of general experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage project life cycles and adhere to timelines and quality standards
• Must be a motivated self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
