Business Analyst 3
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst 3-Ops.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide management with insights on performance impact and compliance issues related to key business decisions
- Communicate business practices to the organization and ensure compliance with processes and approvals
- Collect, verify, and analyze data to identify operational improvements and support reporting and dashboards
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in a SaaS environment
- 3+ years of prior analytics experience
- Experience with Excel and other analytics tools for dashboard creation and data management
- Knowledge of Oracle Analytics Cloud and SQL is preferred
- Ability to work independently within defined policies and procedures
