Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support systems solutions development and maintenance, the full-time remote Business Analyst will be responsible for the accurate intake and interpretation of regulatory and functional requirements related to coverage and reimbursement, while coordinating with stakeholders and governance committees.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and maintains requirement documents to ensure alignment with regulatory and health plan requirements
• Monitors updates and leads the management and interpretation review process with key partner organizations
• Communicates requirement interpretations and changes to various teams for alignment and approvals

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a managed care organization, health insurance, or a related field
• Knowledge of policy and government legislative review
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in the Office Product Suite
• Previous success in a dynamic and autonomous work environment
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple timelines
