Business Analyst II
Job Summary
Supporting the delivery of enhancements and defect resolutions for the Connect Close platform, the full-time Business Analyst II will document requirements, analyze business processes, and assist with solution validation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in documenting business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Participate in requirement reviews and sprint demonstrations, validating completed work against acceptance criteria
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities while supporting analysis of customer-reported issues and enhancement requests
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Typically requires 2+ years of business analysis, operations, customer support, or software implementation experience
- Experience in title, mortgage, real estate, financial services, or SaaS environments
- Familiarity with Jira or Agile development methodologies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
