Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst in Retail Banking to join their Special Projects team as a contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile business requirements to support the development of a financial services benchmarking product
- Communicate with stakeholders to define project objectives, timelines, and milestones
- Obtain, aggregate, and clean data for analysis
Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of project management or product development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in retail banking
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling
- Strong knowledge of banking products and key performance indicators for retail banking operations
