Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Central Support Consultant to provide technical and functional support for Business Central.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support for Business Central, resolving technical and functional issues
- Manage and prioritize ticketing queues for efficient troubleshooting and resolution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows related to sales, purchasing, and assembly orders
Required Qualifications:
- 4-5+ years of Business Central Support experience
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and ticketing systems
- Strong understanding of sales, purchasing, and assembly orders within Business Central
- End user experience in the rental industry is advantageous
