Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Central Support Consultant to provide technical and functional support for Business Central.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support for Business Central, resolving technical and functional issues
  • Manage and prioritize ticketing queues for efficient troubleshooting and resolution
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows related to sales, purchasing, and assembly orders

Required Qualifications:
  • 4-5+ years of Business Central Support experience
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting and ticketing systems
  • Strong understanding of sales, purchasing, and assembly orders within Business Central
  • End user experience in the rental industry is advantageous
