Business Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting the Sales Team in achieving revenue goals, the full-time remote Business Consultant will provide technical expertise, assist with RFIs/RFPs, and develop tailored solution demonstrations for STARLIMS and LapStep products.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to drive pre-sales processes and align with revenue targets
- Contribute to the technical content for RFIs and RFPs, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness
- Create and deliver customized solution demonstrations that address client-specific needs and challenges
Required qualifications:
- Experience with LIMS, ELN, SDMS, QMS, or similar regulatory/scientific informatics software
- Hands-on experience in laboratory environments or strong familiarity with laboratory operations
- Strong understanding of relevant regulatory standards
- Ability to develop tailored technical solutions and communicate complex information effectively
- Basic experience with SQL-compliant databases, especially Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server products, is an advantage
