Business Data Partner Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of innovative medical solutions, the full-time remote Business Data Partner Manager will lead a team to ensure high-quality commercial data capture across pricing, contracts, and marketing, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT for data intake needs, establishing and running an intake process to clarify business outcomes
• Lead the end-to-end requirements process, ensuring alignment to reporting needs and documenting standard processes for consistent data capture
• Own and maintain a prioritized roadmap for data intake capabilities, supporting governance forums and ensuring compliance with internal controls and data privacy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial operations enablement, business analysis, or product ownership
• 2+ years of people management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
• Proven success in translating business needs into functional requirements and partnering with IT for solution delivery
• Strong understanding of data quality concepts and experience with commercial systems such as Salesforce.com
