Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Business Development Associate, this role will focus on lead generation and prospecting, outreach and engagement, and meeting coordination while working in a hybrid environment from Columbia, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage prospective targets through various channels
- Schedule and prepare materials for introductory calls, managing the top-of-funnel pipeline
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and synthesize findings
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight
