Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Business Development Associate to work in a hybrid environment, responsible for lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management to support the Corporate Development team in identifying and advancing prospective targets.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities and conduct market research to identify opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage tracking of outreach sequences in the CRM
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records of deal stages and contact history in the CRM
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
  • Self-starter mentality with strong written and verbal communication skills
