Job Summary
Joining a dynamic Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will focus on lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management while working in a hybrid environment from Columbia, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research to identify acquisition opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage prospective targets and manage follow-ups in the CRM
- Coordinate introductory calls and maintain accurate records of deal stages and contact history
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage outreach independently
