Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Manager - Containers (m/f/d).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support the development and execution of account acquisition and growth plans
- Own customer success and satisfaction, monitor issues, and ensure timely resolution
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with end customers, freight forwarders, and airlines
Required Qualifications
- Deep product, industry, and market knowledge in logistics/supply chain processes in the pharma industry
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills
- Great project management skills with a commitment to timely execution
