Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Manager, Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding of customers to software and lifecycle management tools
- Increase adoption of purchased services and drive renewal rates
- Engage with customers to maximize use of solutions and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Success
- Ability to perform IT financial modeling such as ROI and TCO estimation
- Comprehension of system and solution architectures
- Experience with Customer Success Management Platforms or equivalent
