Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager, Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding of customers to software and lifecycle management tools
  • Increase adoption of purchased services and drive renewal rates
  • Engage with customers to maximize use of solutions and identify upsell opportunities

Required Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Success
  • Ability to perform IT financial modeling such as ROI and TCO estimation
  • Comprehension of system and solution architectures
  • Experience with Customer Success Management Platforms or equivalent
