Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development/Proposal Manager to lead capture and proposal efforts for Federal and State Government clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of a pipeline of opportunities and manage the full lifecycle of capture and proposal processes
  • Develop win themes, strategies, and technical solutions while facilitating compliance reviews of complex proposals
  • Supervise and support a matrixed team of proposal specialists and coordinators, ensuring effective execution of capture efforts

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5 years in leading captures and proposal development for government clients
  • Experience with all phases of large capture efforts, including strategic planning and proposal execution
  • Familiarity with GovWin and CRM systems
  • Experience in briefing pipelines and opportunity updates
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and consent to a full background check due to federal contract requirements
