Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead and inspire a team of Business Development Representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and motivate the BDR team to achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with Revenue Ops on analytics for strategic decision-making
• Identify training needs and coordinate with Sales Enablement programs

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development and team management
• Strong leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop successful sales strategies
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with the Enterprise segment is a plus
