Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow and scale its leadership training and development venture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, research, and target potential clients for leadership training solutions
  • Conduct high-volume prospecting to build a pipeline of leads and book initial meetings
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in the CRM system and collaborate with marketing and sales teams

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a BDR, sales development, or customer-facing role
  • Experience in corporate training, leadership development, or HR solutions is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive in identifying and pursuing opportunities
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and prospecting tools
