Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow and scale its leadership training and development venture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and target potential clients for leadership training solutions
- Conduct high-volume prospecting to build a pipeline of leads and book initial meetings
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in the CRM system and collaborate with marketing and sales teams
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a BDR, sales development, or customer-facing role
- Experience in corporate training, leadership development, or HR solutions is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proactive in identifying and pursuing opportunities
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and prospecting tools
