Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage new and old accounts to qualify and convert to daily users
- Maintain active engagement with leads and existing users via phone, text, and email
- Provide system demos, follow up with customers, and update CRM information
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in inside sales and account management
- Prior experience in selling SaaS/IT/software
- Automotive industry experience is a plus
- Familiarity with automotive aftermarket and general knowledge of auto repair business
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them
