Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to generate new business opportunities and support the sales development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage prospective customers through cold calling, emailing, and outreach channels
- Follow up on inbound marketing leads and schedule discovery calls with Account Executives
- Provide feedback to enhance the BDR function and track key metrics from outbound activities
Required Qualifications and Education
- 0-1 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Familiarity with CRM or prospecting platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
- Willingness to take initiative and contribute to the development of the BDR function
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required
