Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to generate new business opportunities and support the sales development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage prospective customers through cold calling, emailing, and outreach channels
  • Follow up on inbound marketing leads and schedule discovery calls with Account Executives
  • Provide feedback to enhance the BDR function and track key metrics from outbound activities

Required Qualifications and Education
  • 0-1 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Familiarity with CRM or prospecting platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
  • Willingness to take initiative and contribute to the development of the BDR function
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required
