Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source new business opportunities by researching accounts and conducting personalized outreach
  • Convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into new opportunities through effective follow-up
  • Establish and nurture relationships with senior business executives to understand their needs

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited, 4-year university or equivalent experience
  • Strong drive to achieve results with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to be coached and eagerness to learn
  • Proven experience working in a team environment
