Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Source new business opportunities by researching accounts and conducting personalized outreach
- Convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into new opportunities through effective follow-up
- Establish and nurture relationships with senior business executives to understand their needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited, 4-year university or equivalent experience
- Strong drive to achieve results with minimal supervision
- Willingness to be coached and eagerness to learn
- Proven experience working in a team environment
