Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to help grow the client base through lead management and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate pipeline from ideal customer profile accounts by engaging target personas
  • Find creative ways to engage prospects that fit the Ideal Customer Profile
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and internal Account Executives

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing sales role, including at least 1 year in enterprise software sales
  • At least 2 years of experience with CRM software
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, and competitive
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
