Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential clients to share the value of solutions and facilitate meetings with Inside Sales Consultants
  • Conduct research on leads to understand prospects' needs and provide context for sales teams
  • Collaborate with peers and share best practices to achieve team goals

Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of cold calling or lead generation experience, or strong internship/related experience
  • Desire to advance from business development to an Inside Sales role
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with SalesForce is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
