Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to drive new user acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and develop targeted prospect lists, executing marketing campaigns to increase user acquisition
  • Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, online chat, and email to generate interest
  • Meet or exceed KPIs, analyzing performance data to drive conversions and qualified leads

Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of prior SaaS sales experience and a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Professional experience demonstrating determination, grit, and resilience
  • High degree of business acumen and technical aptitude
  • Experience with sales methodology training and proficiency in Sales CRM tools is a plus
  • Coachable, organized, and motivated with strong time management skills
