Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to optimize their inbound sales funnel and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and monitor inputs to achieve targets for the business development team
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling and email campaigns
  • Create and execute plans to nurture and re-engage leads that are not ready to purchase

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of success
  • Experience in proactively prospecting into large organizations
  • Familiarity with SaaS technology, including SFDC systems and marketing automation tools
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to changing processes
