Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience
• Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma)
• Understanding of statistical analysis methods and their application in people analytics
• Proven ability to manage projects independently
