Job Summary

Transforming complex data into actionable insights, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze datasets, and develop reports and visualizations to support informed business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights for strategic business decisions
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to effectively communicate insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with reporting, analysis, and visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
