Business Intelligence Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager Business Intelligence responsible for enabling and supporting business intelligence solutions for Employee Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership teams to align business priorities with data and analytics roadmaps
- Manage BI communications and conduct regular business reviews with stakeholders
- Attract, recruit, and retain a qualified Business Intelligence Operations team
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in delivering complex business analytics solutions
- Bachelor's (or Master's) degree in a technical or business discipline
- Proven experience in building relationships with senior leadership
- Extensive knowledge of enterprise analytics data architecture and tools, including SQL and Power BI
- Thorough understanding of the Employee Benefits business model is highly preferred
