Business Intelligence Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Manager, this role will lead the firm's business intelligence initiatives, designing and supporting reporting solutions and analytics tools to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency, with the option to work remotely or from Bellingham, WA.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions to provide insights into firm performance and operational metrics
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and optimize resource allocation while applying process improvement methodologies
• Lead cross-functional projects related to reporting enhancements and operational improvements, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or process improvement
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL-based systems, and data visualization best practices
• Proven ability to lead projects and implement process improvements that drive business outcomes
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
