Job Summary

- Review and improve processes for efficiency and scalability in coaching workflows and patient care
- Conduct data analysis to define KPIs and drive insights for business improvements
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance coaching services and operational capacity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related analytical field; advanced degree is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, or similar roles
- Strong analytical skills with experience in large datasets and data visualization tools
- Proven ability to improve and scale operational processes
- Experience in developing strategies for operational efficiency and key metric improvement
