Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

To lead the development of new business lines, the full-time remote Business Operations Manager will manage the transition from concept to revenue-generating products, including market research, product development, go-to-market strategies, and team building.

Key responsibilities

• Ramp on existing products by joining the product team to learn product development processes and customer research methodologies
• Build a new business by taking targeted verticals from concept to launch, overseeing product incubation, testing, and iteration
• Interface with executive stakeholders and manage multiple complex work streams effectively

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, high-growth startup, or similar environment
• Proven track record of independently managing ambiguous problems and delivering results
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python for data analysis
• Experience in juggling multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Ability to engage with executive stakeholders regularly
