Business Process Analyst - Workday

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Analyst - Workday (PSA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business SMEs and users to gather and refine business requirements
• Translate business requirements into documented use cases and maintain product feature prioritization
• Facilitate business stakeholder verification and end user acceptance testing for new Workday features

Required Qualifications:

• Workday experience required; familiarity with technical offerings preferred
• Proven experience in Business analysis or related role
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects
• Professional Services Industry experience strongly preferred
• ITIL, product management, or Project management certification a plus
