Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Consultant to improve processes, procedures, and systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret customer requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Execute project management processes to deliver cost-effective and customer-focused solutions
• Lead teams in project execution using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and promote process improvement throughout the organization

Required Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt, or comparable quality designation preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management and insurance
• Project management experience is essential
• Experience in Benefit Enrollment
• Knowledge of Supplemental Insurance Products
