Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Supervisor for Business Process Transactions department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing business process transactions and teams, ensuring efficiency and compliance
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and monitor performance metrics
  • Collaborate with managers and senior leadership to support strategic planning and resource allocation

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in the Financial Services Industry, with at least 2 years in a similar role
  • Proven experience in business process transactions and management
  • Continuous learner with up-to-date industry knowledge and technology
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus
