Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Supervisor for Business Process Transactions department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing business process transactions and teams, ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and monitor performance metrics
- Collaborate with managers and senior leadership to support strategic planning and resource allocation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in the Financial Services Industry, with at least 2 years in a similar role
- Proven experience in business process transactions and management
- Continuous learner with up-to-date industry knowledge and technology
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus
