Business Program Director

Job Summary

To drive the strategy and execution of the Cloud Solutions Provider authorization eligibility, the full-time Business Program Director will manage program operations, ensure compliance with policies, and enhance partner engagement while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own program operations strategy to deliver a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience for participating partners
• Collaborate closely with Business Planning, Compliance, and CELA teams to enforce program policies and support governance
• Design strategies and readiness content to improve partners' understanding of authorization eligibility requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
• 7+ years in a partner-facing role with a strong understanding of the cloud partner ecosystem
• Proven track record of designing and managing successful programs with strategic business planning skills
• Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret business performance measures
• Experience interacting with senior leaders in a highly matrixed organization and managing high-pressure situations
