Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Relationship Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal partners and manage service responsibilities
• Coordinate the design, development, and roll-out of product enhancements and related projects
• Provide education and training on conversion and retention tools, ensuring effective communication to impacted staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Management, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of product or client management, customer service, or related experience
• IT experience/knowledge preferred
• Workday HCM experience strongly preferred
• Project Management experience preferred
