Business Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Solutions Consultant, Health Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate customer requests to determine existing solutions or need for new solutions
• Facilitate business discovery sessions and implementation project meetings
• Support Test Managers during User Acceptance Testing and resolve issues identified

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in software development and implementation environment
• 3+ years of employee benefits, billing, or human resource consulting experience
• Experience with systems integration and field-level interface design
• Strong understanding of project implementation methodology
