Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst III to manage business and technical analysis for application development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Interface with customers and development teams to gather requirements and provide technical support
- Manage help desk tickets and perform root cause analysis for system issues
- Lead integrated testing and facilitate meetings with clients
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 5+ years of business analyst experience
- 3+ years of experience leading small to mid-sized teams of Business Analysts
- Excellent understanding of application development life cycle, including waterfall and Agile methodologies
- 4 Year College Degree in a Computer Science related discipline preferred or equivalent experience
- Ability to mentor less-experienced analysts
