Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst focused on INFOR applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with client contacts to understand business needs and draft functional solution specifications
- Support product customizations and modifications related to INFOR applications
- Investigate and document business processes and requirements while ensuring compatibility with department workflows
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Government Supply Chain and Workforce Management
- 4 years of experience working with INFOR ERP solutions
- 2 years of experience configuring and supporting INFOR applications
- Experience analyzing and designing interfaces for third-party systems integrating into INFOR ERP
- Record of success in troubleshooting INFOR business problems
