A company is looking for a Littler CaseSmart Counsel, Class Action Brief Writer attorney.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft substantive motions and briefs related to class action and PAGA litigation
- Consult with the trial team to develop briefing strategies for various assignments
- Review evidence and draft mediation statements and briefs as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of legal experience in wage and hour and class action litigation
- Extensive experience drafting various types of motions and briefs
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters effectively
- Active bar license in California and the candidate's state of residence
