Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall Fair Lending program, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Perform statistical analyses of lending practices and monitor data from the HMDA program
- Oversee fair lending training programs and respond to inquiries regarding fair lending issues
Required Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge and experience in statistical analysis and fair lending regression analysis
- Experience with HMDA LAR data handling
- In-depth knowledge of state and federal fair lending and UDAAP laws
- 4+ years of regulatory compliance experience with a focus on fair lending
- 1+ years in a direct supervisory position
