Job Summary
Working remotely in California, the full-time California Licensed Claims Adjuster will investigate and confirm facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, and damages while negotiating claims within their authority.
Key responsibilities
- Handles investigation regarding all aspects of advanced auto claims, exercising discretion and independence
- Reviews, evaluates, and negotiates basic to moderate injury claims when applicable
- Identifies customer needs and provides appropriate customer service to meet those needs
Required qualifications
- California Claims Adjuster license
- Experience in handling advanced auto claims
- Understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships within the company
- Ability to work West Coast hours (8am to 5pm Pacific Time)
- Familiarity with vehicle body parts and potential property damage
