Job Summary
To support a growing online mental health practice, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Therapist will develop meaningful relationships with patients through tele-therapy, define their own schedules, and collaborate with a supportive care team.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients via tele-therapy
- Consult regularly with clinical directors and regional teams for support and feedback
- Utilize WellQor's administrative support for credentialing, billing, and client intake
Required qualifications
- California licensure as LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP, or equivalent
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Comfort with technology in a clinical setting
- Willingness to learn and adapt within a team-oriented environment
