Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate & Securities Paralegal to join their team on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on subsidiary and governance work
- Utilize diligence systems for tracking and database mining
- Perform limited securities work, including Form 4 filing, and assist with public company securities as needed
Qualifications:
- A few years of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with entity management and corporate governance
- Experience with public company securities is a plus
- Experience with International Subsidiary
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a go-getter attitude
