A company is looking for an Escrow Assistant to support their Escrow team in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the escrow process, including opening orders and preparing documents for closing
• Communicate regularly with customers throughout the escrow process
• Utilize various technologies to facilitate escrow transactions and enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of escrow-related experience preferred
• California Escrow and FAST experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to adapt to new software applications
