Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Support Specialist 2 to join their team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and improve internal systems for tracking orders and workflows
  • Manage service of process caseload and provide updates to clients
  • Handle customer escalations and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of litigation support experience, with familiarity in Service of Process in California
  • Deep understanding of state and federal laws related to process serving
  • Experience with process servers and legal support vendors
  • Knowledge of eFiling documents and Legal CMS systems
  • Reside in California or a Pacific Time operating location
