A company is looking for a Litigation Support Specialist 2 to join their team in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve internal systems for tracking orders and workflows
- Manage service of process caseload and provide updates to clients
- Handle customer escalations and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of litigation support experience, with familiarity in Service of Process in California
- Deep understanding of state and federal laws related to process serving
- Experience with process servers and legal support vendors
- Knowledge of eFiling documents and Legal CMS systems
- Reside in California or a Pacific Time operating location
