Job Summary
Seeking a full-time California Licensed Microsoft 365 Engineer to administer and optimize a mature Microsoft 365 environment for approximately 26,000 users, focusing on license management, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and the Power Platform while enhancing collaboration and security in a remote work setting.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including user management, licensing, and tenant configuration
- Engineer and implement Microsoft 365 solutions and automation to improve enterprise collaboration and productivity
- Monitor service health and troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 issues while ensuring compliance with security best practices
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience administering Microsoft 365 in a large enterprise environment
- Demonstrated expertise with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and the Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps
- Proficiency in PowerShell and experience with Microsoft Graph API and application integrations
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance capabilities, and solution lifecycle management
- Microsoft 365 certifications such as Enterprise Administrator Expert are preferred
